Lenovo India has launched two new smartphones in their A series in this festive season. Lets take a look at the specifications, features and pricing of the Lenovo A1000 here.

Lenovo A1000 Specifications
The Lenovo A1000 features a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA TFT-TN display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor along with Mali-400 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box.
The A1000 is equipped with a 5 megapixel rear fixed focus camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It is 10.6 mm thick and weighs 132 grams. It supports Dual SIM as well.
On the connectivity front, the Lenovo A1000 has 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The smartphone has a 2,050 mAh battery under the hood.
The Lenovo A1000 is available in Onyx Black and Pearl White color variants and has been priced at Rs 4,999 in India. It will go on sale offline (exclusive) from the last week of October. The company has also launched an updated Lenovo A6000 and K3 Note – the Lenovo A6000 Shot and Lenovo K3 Note Music.
The company will also launch its Exclusive Service Centers (ESCs) in partnership with Motorola across the country. More than 50 ESCs across 40 cities will be launched by Diwali and more than 100 by mid 2016. Currently, Lenovo has more than 350 service centres across India.
On this occasion, Sudhin Mathur, Director – Smartphones, Lenovo India said,
